Good Morning all you Breakfast lovers and haters! Whether you just woke up for school and need a quick meal, or are trying to eat a bit more healthy, but don't want to spend more than 10 minutes making food, this is the perfect idea.

Actually my grandfather introduced me to this when I was a senior in high school, seeing as how I would have cheer or band practice early in the morning.

This is my go-to meal when I am too lazy to cook or dirty a bunch of dishes.

You can also substitute bananas for other fruits and also drizzle a bit of honey on top for even more flavor!

☼ Ingredients ☼

Makes 1 serving/ 360 calories

1.5 cup of Cheerios

1 cup of Non Fat Milk

1 full Banana

*1 teaspoon Honey

*optional

Instructions

1. Cut banana into 1 inch thick slices

2. Mix cheerios and milk in a small bowl

3. Sprinkle banana on top of cheerios

*4. Drizzle honey on the banana

5. Serve!

I hope this helps get your mornings started and saves you the time of doing dishes. This isn't just for weekdays, it can also be a good snack on the weekends.

I love trying different fruits inside my cereal to see which ones I like the most.

So far it's strawberries, bananas, and slices of peaches.

Which fruits do you like the most? Do you like with or without honey?

Enjoy this magical day, ravers!
